Do you offer internships?

Yes. Roles tagged "Internship available" also offer an internship, and there is a dedicated internship listing too. Apply the same way and mention the internship in your note.

What if there is no open role for me?

Send an open application. We keep it on file and write to you when a suitable role opens.

What skills do you look for?

It depends on the role, and each role page lists what we look for. Across all of them we value clear writing, curiosity about data and a habit of testing what works.

Can freshers apply?

Yes. Some roles are open to freshers, and roles tagged "Internship available" also take interns. The experience we expect is shown on each role.

Where is the team based?

Our studio is in Kharadi, Pune. Each role page shows whether the role is on-site, hybrid or remote.

Will someone read my application?

Yes. A real person on the team reads every application and resume. If your profile fits, we will contact you by email.

Is there a fee to apply?
