The rules for using the GSynq Digital Studio website: what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how client work is agreed.

These terms apply to your use of this website, which is run by GSynq Digital Studio Pvt. Ltd. (“GSynq”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
About these terms
These terms cover the website only. The marketing, design and development services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement signed by both sides. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.
Using the website
You are welcome to browse, read and share the website for your own personal or business use. When you use it, you agree not to:
- break any law, or use the website to send spam or harmful material;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or its database, or interfere with how it works;
- copy large parts of the website, scrape it automatically or use it to build a competing product without our written permission;
- send our forms false details or another person’s information;
- upload files that contain viruses or other harmful code.
We may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Information on the website
We write our pages, articles and guides to be useful and accurate, but they are general information, not professional advice for your particular situation.
Results described in case studies, examples and estimates (including our ROI estimator) depend on many things outside anyone’s control, such as your market, budget, competition and changes made by the platforms themselves. They are not a promise or a guarantee of the results you will get. Services, prices and availability are confirmed only in a written proposal.
Enquiries and proposals
Sending us an enquiry does not create a client relationship or oblige either side to work together. A proposal or quote from us is valid for the period stated in it, and becomes binding only when both sides accept it in writing.
Job applications
Job listings on the website are an invitation to apply, not an offer of employment. The information you send with an application must be true and your own. We handle applications as described in our Privacy Policy.
GSynq never asks candidates for money at any stage of hiring. If anyone asks you for a fee in our name, please do not pay and report it to us.
Intellectual property
The website and its content, including the text, graphics, logos, the GSynq name and brand, the design, animations and code, belong to GSynq or to those who licensed them to us, and are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark law. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page. Any other use needs our written permission.
Client names, logos and work shown on the website belong to their owners and appear with their permission.
Third-party links and services
The website links to, and embeds, services run by others, such as Google Maps and social media platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Availability of the website
We work to keep the website available and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, GSynq is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, that arises from your use of the website or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
If you misuse the website or break these terms, you agree to compensate GSynq for the reasonable losses, costs and legal fees that result.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that does not work, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
